2019 eLearning guidelines update

2019 eLearning guidelines update

The national eLearning guidelines (eLg) provide a framework for integrating diverse pedagogies, guiding professional practice, enhancing quality, and bringing coherence to the delivery of eTeaching and eLearning.

The development and annual updating of these guidelines supports best practice and engagement with online learning.

Perspectives for students, teachers, managers, organisational leaders and quality assurance bodies are included in the guidelines.

This year, the resources for each perspective have been updated to include further international and domestic research to keep the resource current and valuable for all users, regardless of the sector or perspective they are coming from. The research covers online learning in many different educational specialities.

The guidelines assist the designing, implementing and enhancing of individuals’ and organisations’ practice, to ensure thoughtful and intentional eLearning provision. Workbooks are available to guide users through each perspective.

If you have any suggestions for research that would be useful to include please contact us.
